Starting as a graphic designer (before computers!), she later moved to Indianapolis where she transitioned into making her own art in different media. After a welding class at the<i> <\/i>Indianapolis Art Center, steel sculpture has been Joanie&#8217;s passion for the past 20 years. Now in Noblesville, Joanie has worked with both of her sons over the years. A few years ago, her son Josh joined the business full-time. As a conservationist and botanist, he brings fresh ideas to experiment with and is an integral part of the business.<\/p>\n<p>Joanie has exhibited in numerous local and state-wide galleries. She displays her work at local, regional, and national art shows, where she has drawn a loyal following.
